Background

The product was ordered from KL by DPI Hong Kong and it took three and a half months from product inception to production completion, during which time there were three prototype versions. Nevertheless, all the efforts were worthwhile and the customer recognized our professionalism and patience.

Challenge

We are faced with a challenge: the customer has tasked us with achieving the tactile sensation of solid wood while also considering cost-effectiveness.

This product boasts exceptional characteristics. To imbue the wooden box with deeper significance and distinguish it from the majority of products on the market, we recommend that our customers employ the processing technique of MDF + adhering bark. This approach serves to minimize costs while upholding the product’s high quality.
