Challenge

Capturing the essence of the iconic Tunnel Snakes gang wasn’t easy. The challenge lay in blending the rugged, rebellious spirit of Butch’s crew with the precision of embroidery. Translating the fierce look of a snake wrapped around Butch’s knife, alongside the symbolic Vault 101 elements, required meticulous attention to detail to stay true to the original design without losing any of its attitude.

Process

This patch is a masterful combination of precision embroidery and durability. The design was carefully stitched onto a sturdy 100% polyester felt base, ensuring the vibrant colors of the snake, knife, and vault icons pop against the black background. With an iron-on backing, it’s easy to apply to any surface, whether it’s a leather jacket, a denim vest, or a bag. The embroidered details bring out the texture, making it not just a patch, but a statement piece.
